The double layer crochet flower pattern is the perfect final touch for any crochet project. It is easy to crochet, works up fast and is a great way to use up scrap yarn.
Rosette Flower Crochet Pattern
I designed this simple crochet flower with beginners in mind, since it could be It uses simple crochet stitches. The flower consists of a bottom and top layer, then is finished with a rosette center.
I explain the flower making process in more detail below in the crochet pattern section.
The Yarn
For these rosette flowers, I used scrap yarn I had left over from other projects. The yarn I used for this design is called Vanna’s Choice from Lion Brand. It is a four weight yarn that is 100% acrylic. When choosing colors, I decided to use a Neapolitan color scheme, but any range of colors would make this flower stand out.
I can easily imagine this flower design on a hat, bag, shawl, or blanket. Have fun with this flower pattern, and I would love to see what you all do with this design.
