I get so many emails. While I try to answer all of them, there are times when I just don’t have enough time. Please verify that your question has not already been answered in the post, its comments, or in the FAQ pages we link to below.

Free Patterns: If inquiring about our free crochet patterns, please include the name and URL of the pattern for quicker service. A few common questions about these can be answered here.

Paid Digital Download Patterns: If inquiring about an order, please include the order number for quicker service. We have a page with frequently asked questions on pattern PDFs that should be able to help you quicker.
