Ice Queen Cowl

Upgrade your winter wardrobe with this stylish accessory that features classic winter snowflake stitch pattern. The cowl is made in the round using Tunisian crochet colourwork technique in the round without any loose floats on the wrong side of the project.

This is a fun project for when you would like to work Tunisian crochet in the round colourwork but not having to have more than 2 balls of yarn on the go at any one time!

Notes:

Similar lace weight yarns may be substituted; please check gauge.

The project is worked with two strands of yarn held at once for each colour.

Extra caution is needed when working 2nd sts of each round (FP) as these may become less visible due to the way return passes for previous round are worked.

The colourwork is achieved alternating TKSs and TRSs as per colour chart, while carrying colour B for all forward passes and colour A for all return passes with the exceptions as described in the instructions.

First stitches of each round are formed by last yrh and pull through 2 lps of previous RP, follow the chart in terms of yarn colour but not stitch type.
