Alina Washcloth

The Alina Washcloth is a quick and easy Tunisian crochet washcloth that was inspired by patchwork patterns. It is worked in columns using join as you go technique, so there are no long floats on the back of your work.

The sample was made using 3 colours, but sky is the limit and any number would do! This makes it a perfect scrap yarn project to use the left-over yarn from other larger projects.

Natural plant fibers such as cotton or linen are best suited for this project.

You can also add more squares per column and additional columns to create a matching towel.
