Easy Cotton Knot Bag Pattern

Make a stylish cotton purse with this easy pattern. This free PDF pattern uses the slip stitch, single crochet, and half double crochet in an easy repeat. 

Try your own knot bag with one handle shorter than the other. Cotton yarn works great for this pattern. I used 3 – 4 oz skeins of Peaches and Creme cotton yarn in Linen or Dahlia.

This cotton yarn is a thinner gauge #4 worsted weight, so if you want to use a different yarn you will want to measure the beginning chain.

This pattern makes a practical bag that is good for everyday use. I have been using my for months, and it has worked well.
