It is a great pattern for beginners, it is a 4 row pattern repeat. This is a great stitch pattern that is simple to work. However, it creates a beautiful mock ripple effect that creates a stunning baby blanket.

It uses 4 balls, 1 in each colour to create a simple ripple effect. You can change the colours to create a simple blanket for baby girls or keep it gender neutral.

I used 4 mm hook.
