This page is full of frequently asked questions about the digital files we sell on our shop.
I thought you had free crochet patterns. Where are they?
We sell premium PDF versions of many of our patterns. However, similar patterns (usually less detailed) are available for free with ads on our site. If you’d like my free crochet patterns instead, go to easycrochet.com.
Can I return digital items?
No. Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for digital downloads.
Is there a limit on downloads?
Yes, each PDF file can only be downloaded twice before the link is not valid anymore. Unfortunately, this is necessary due to unauthorized sharing of our download links.
Digital Download Troubleshooting Steps
Every so often, your only issue is that you simply can’t get the download to work correctly. These are the four most common issues with downloading our digital files, and how to fix each of them.
- If nothing happens when you click the download link, there might be an issue with your web browser. Please disable any browser plugins, extensions, or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
- If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact us for further assistance.
- If your computer is unable to open the file, you might be missing the Abobe PDF program required to open the file type.
- iPads and iPhones: These devices sometimes cannot download files. Please try the download from your laptop or desktop computer instead. If you must use this type of device, the downloads are usually found in the “Files” iOS app.
